Das Risk Management Team stellt sicher, dass Risiken auf Konzernbereichs
- und Einheitsebene systematisch identifiziert, analysiert, bewertet, überwacht und gesteuert werden. Zur Unterstützung von unserem Team suchen wir einen Werkstudent/in.
- Unsere Praktika und Werkstudentenstellen ermöglichen es dir, praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln und erste Schritte in eine erfolgreiche Karriere in verschiedenen Bereichen des Asset Management zu starten. Als Future Talent wirst du Teil einer europaweiten Community und hast die Möglichkeit, dich mit anderen Studierenden in unserer Organisation zu vernetzen und praktische und übertragbare Fertigkeiten zu erwerben, die dich für deine zukünftige Karriere weiterbringen._

Die Rolle
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Risikoberichten für das Executive Management (z. B. Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, Limit Monitoring) sowie bei der Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Risiko-Komitees
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Risikoanalysen und -berichten im quantitativen und qualitativen Risikomanagement, insbesondere auch in den Bereichen Sustainability und ESG-Risiken
- Unterstützung bei ad hoc Risikoanalysen im Bereich der Anlagerisiken
- Konzeption von Excel
- / Power BI-basierten Analysemodellen und -reports
- Mitarbeit bei der Analyse, Verwaltung und Aktualisierung des Internen Kontrollsystems

Expertise
- Kurz vor oder bereits abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder naturwissenschaftliches Bachelorstudium (Universität, ETH oder Fachhochschule)
- Kenntnisse über Kapitalmärkte und Alternative Anlagen und Interesse am Asset Management
- Exakte, strukturierte sowie ziel
- und resultatorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikative und kooperative Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern in unterschiedlichen Ländern
- Teamplayer mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
