**Description du poste**:

- Elaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie technique et industrielle de l’entreprise en lien avec la vision globale
- Assurer la veille technologique à moyen et long terme dans les domaines industriels
- Garantir l'introduction de nouvelles technologies au sein des produits OMEGA en certifiant leur introduction sur les marches de manière fiable, robuste et économique
- Diriger, coordonner et assurer le bon fonctionnement de toutes les activités du groupe Technique comprenant les départements Bureau Technique, Industrialisation & Engineering Process et Amélioration continue
- Encadrer, soutenir et développer une équipe de professionnels en faisant respecter les directives et les valeurs de l’entreprise
- Garantir que les constructions horlogères respectent pleinement la conformité aux normes et standards horlogers en vigueur
- Être force de proposition dans la modernisation des moyens et des méthodes de production
- Assurer la mise en place des solutions techniques et informatiques permettant d’améliorer la qualité et la standardisation des produits tout en identifiant les risques et les opportunités
- Etablir et gérer les budgets des investissements relatifs à la mise en production, aux projets et à l’amélioration des processus
- Identifier et entretenir les partenariats stratégiques avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants

**Profil**:

- Ingénieur HES/EPF en génie Mécanique ou Microtechnique
- Expérience significative (au moins 10 ans) en milieu industriel dans le domaine de l’horlogerie (habillage et mouvement) avec des connaissances approfondies dans la fabrication (usinage, étampage, terminaison), la décoration (galvanoplastie, couches minces, gravage laser) et matériaux (métalliques et durs).
- Senior Leader dans la gestion de projets stratégiques et industriels
- Connaissances de systèmes de management de la qualité et des normes ISO/NIHS ainsi que dans les méthodes d’amélioration de la production
- Assertif, apte à prendre des décisions et à résoudre des problèmes
- Excellent communiquant, capacité à accompagner au changement dans un environnement en constante évolution
- Expérience dans l’implémentation du Lean Management (idéalement Black Belt)
- Maîtrise d’un système de gestion d’entreprise ERP (SAP un avantage) ainsi qu’en Conception Assistée par Ordinateur tout comme dans un PLM
- Excellente maîtrise de la langue française, bonnes connaissances en allemand et/ou anglais
