- As CNS (central nervous system) Product Manager you will be responsible for the management of the Sandoz Neurology and Psychiatry portfolio. By driving the marketing and commercial planning activities for CNS, the product manager will support the growth of the in-market CNS portfolio and secure the success of future launches for both small molecule and Biosimilar assets.
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop marketing strategy and promotional plans as well as implementation of tactics
- In collaboration with the Sales Force, Medical Affairs and Market Access, lead the creation of product and training materials. Train the Sales Force in relation to product strategy and implementation
- Plan and implement strategy and key commercial processes such as StratPlan, budget and target planning, etc.
- Drive pre-launch and launch activities of new molecules and product
- Assist in the organization and implementation of advisory boards, congresses and training courses
- Collaborate effectively with global, regional and cluster brand teams
- Continuously analyze market and key competitive trends. Support the Sales Force in marketing matters
- Manage promotional material stock/ order promotional material

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:
- Pharmaceutical or paramedical training and well-founded further training in marketing or basic commercial activities
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience is required. Experience with sales is an advantage
- Experience working with agencies and printers
- Structured working and high degree of analytical thinking
- Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken), French is an advantage
