**About the role**:
Our client is an international organisation active in setting international standards in the field of energy and new technologies. In order to strengthen the existing team, they are looking for a Junior Project Facilitator to support teams working with governance matters/projects and to enable a smooth operating of the Department.
It’s the opportunity to join an International Organisation in a position with very varied tasks. You will join a dynamic team willing to support your skills development. In addition, they offer flexible-working and other advantages
**Tasks**
- Prepare meetings:
- Organise the meeting by handling agendas
- Prepare the relevant material and make sure it has been made available to all participants (Agenda, relevant documents, etc)
- Draft talking points and, if necessary, presentation
- Take minutes and keep archives up to date
- Conduct thematic research to facilitate governance activities
- Summary from relevant sources
- Extract statistics
- Prepare drafts of reports
- Act as a coordinator between different stakeholder taking parts in governance projects / activities
- Facilitate Collaboration
- Track progess
- Be the main point of contact for inquiries related to ongoing governance projects
**We are looking for**:
- First experience in Project Management / facilitation
- Experience within an international organisation
- English: Fluent; French, Arabic or Russian: an asset
- Capacity to apprehend an organisation in its globality - 360° vision **To succeed in the role, your personal skills are**:
