The job holder is accountable to make sure that processes, equipment and analytical methods, are designed, validated and operate in such a way that health authorities requirements/expectations are met and that all methods are developed, transferred, validated or verified in timely manner.

In addition, the job holder is accountable that raw materials, consumables and critical reagents are handled according to the Thermo Fisher and local Policy.

**A day in the Life**:

- Design, validation and correct operation of equipment and analytical methods
- Transfer, validation or verification of methods
- Management of raw materials, consumables and critical reagents
- Audit readiness for the QC labs in collaboration with relevant QM partners

**Keys to Success**:
**Education**
- Degree (Bachelor or higher) in Chemistry or Life Sciences related fields

**Experience**
- Profound experience in GMP regulated industries; former experience in worldwide corporate based companies is an asset
- Experience in Quality Control
- Experience raw material and utilities management
- Confirmed experience as team leader or team leader deputy
- Expertise and knowledge in QC methods, method validation and analytical issue management
- Shown experience in projects/tasks coordination

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Good knowledge of German and English required
- Customer focused thinking and team spirit
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Introduces and proactively seeks out new ideas and solutions to strengthen performance
- Takes personal accountability for decisions and actions
- Creates an environment where individuals feel valued and different perspectives are encouraged and respected
- Very good IT skills (Microsoft Office products)
- Independent work in compliance with internal work instructions and accurate documentation
