**Scientist Bio-/Chemical Quality Control**

**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Unterstützt den Aufbau einer operativen Bio-/Chemie-Qualitätskontrolle (BCQC) bei Thermo Fisher, Standort Lengnau gemäss Projektplan.
- Beteiligt sich am Transfer, an der Entwicklung und Validierung von Analysemethoden sowie an der Qualifizierung der für die Analyse benötigten Geräte.
- Trägt aktiv zur GMP-Inspektionsbereitschaft der QC bei, um die vollständige Einhaltung der relevanten Qualitätssystem
- und Verfahrensdokumente sicherzustellen.
- Trägt aktiv zur Betriebsbereitschaft der QC bei und verwaltet Projekte (extern und intern) sowie die zugewiesenen Ressourcen (einschließlich der Koordinierung der täglichen Aufgaben der Mitarbeiter).

**Technische Zuständigkeiten**

Implementierung von Prozessen und Methoden:

- Koordiniert Aktionen zur Festlegung von Prozessen und der entsprechenden Analysemethoden im Fachgebiet für die Prüfung von Endprodukten, prozessbegleitenden Kontrollen, Zwischenprodukten, Rohstoffen, Gebrauchs
- und Reinigungsproben.
- Verantwortlich für
- Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und Anweisungen (WIs) in professioneller Weise und unter Einhaltung der Fristen,
- Überprüfung und Genehmigung von Methoden, Plänen, Protokollen und Berichten als Fachexperte
- Beschaffung, Qualifizierung, Kalibrierung und Wartung von Analyse
- und Infrastrukturgeräten
- Beschaffung, Herstellung und Verifizierung von Test-, Referenz
- und Kontrollmaterialien,
- Entwicklung, Übertragung und Validierung von Analyseverfahren in professioneller Weise und unter Einhaltung der Zeitvorgaben
- Überprüfung von analytischen Rohdaten, Gerätequalifizierungs-/Wartungsrohdaten und sonstiger Dokumentation in der biochemischen QC.

**Projektleitung**:

- Vertretung des BCQC in Projekten, Arbeitsgruppen und Teilnahme an lokalen und globalen Initiativen und Sicherstellung, dass für jedes zugewiesene Projekt ein datengestütztes Arbeitspensum festgelegt wird.
- Vorantreiben des Problemlösungsprozesses im Falle von Problemen im Zusammenhang mit dem zugewiesenen Projekt/Aufgabe
- Proaktive Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der QC-Einhaltung und -Leistung
- Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zu externen Partnern wie Lieferanten, Vertragslabors und Universitäten

**QC-Ausführung**:

- Dokumentation und Hinterlegung von Rohdaten, Ergebnissen, Berichten und Journalen,
- Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Problemen und Anfragen zur (bio)chemischen Analytik (Qualitätsprobleme, Anfragen der Gesundheitsbehörden usw.),
- Gewährleistung der rechtzeitigen und ordnungsgemäßen Untersuchung von Abweichungen
- Effiziente Kommunikation durch:

- Weitergabe der erforderlichen Informationen an Sponsoren, Interessengruppen und Kollegen.
- Unterrichtung des Leiters des BCQC über laufende Geschäfte und Probleme

**Ausbildung**

Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor, Master oder höher) in Biochemie/ Chemie/ Pharma/ Molekularwissenschaften oder ähnlich.

**Erfahrung & Kompetenzen**
- Erfahrung in der medizinischen oder GMP-regulierten Industrie
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in (bio)chemischen QC-Methoden
- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- Umgang mit Laborsoftware (z.B. Empower, LIMS,...)
- MS Office Kenntnisse
- Teamfähigkeit
