- As part of the Azqore Business Services department, the Innovation Lab is a new service with the ambition of being the first Innovation Lab in Singapore and Switzerland dedicated to wealth management. It is one of the drivers to adapt Azqore to an ever-evolving financial services landscape to build the future for tomorrow’s wealth managers.
- We are looking for a strong UX & Design director that will join the Azqore Innovation Lab. He will as well coordinate Azqore’s UX Chapter and might be involved in initial phases with our clients on various projects. He/She will put his/her UX experience background into action by playing a lead role in Azqore’s client-centric User Experience team.
- He/she will join the Azqore Innovation Lab and will work on the mid-term roadmap of the Innovation Lab with the Global Head of Innovation Lab and Product managers. He/she is responsible for formulating effective UX new ideas and innovative strategies to answer clients’ needs, products developments, and for setting up proof of concept, mock-up and MVP with our clients to answer clients’ needs in the most efficient manner.
- Very hands-on, he/she will work with product management, clients and project delivery teams to transform general ideas, proof of concepts, and mock-ups into workable solutions.
- Coordinator of our UX Chapter, He/She will be responsible for putting together key UX personnel to form a team and will ensures that key individuals are highly engaged in UX activities. In his leadership capacity, he also mentors, encourages and supports intelligent innovation and risk taking in order to create business models that improve the consumer interaction and experience with the product and deliver the best financial performance to the business.
- Our UX & Design Director in this role works on Azqore’s vision and relays it to team members ensuring that the whole UX team produces compelling and industry-leading work.
- Key responsibilities include:

- Identification of new market opportunities for the product and understanding of the market requirements necessary for new versions of a product.
- Setting up proof of concept, mock-up and MVP with our clients to answer clients’ needs in the most efficient manner
- Coordinating our UX Chapter with transversal teams by growing and fostering a high-performance UX best practices at Azqore
- Working with designers/developers to ensure deliverables are consistent with design languages and systems.
- Building up relationships with designer partners and stakeholders, including partners in company's sales and marketing departments to create marketing and positioning strategies. These strategies will be based on consolidated research and findings from the Lab, UX team as well as the marketing and sales departments.

Bachelor
- Formation / Spécialisation
Bachelor degree or equivalent
5+ years of UX experience with Design Thinking, Service Design, Design Strategy, user-centered design methodologies
Significant experience designing and delivering world-class digital experiences
- Niveau d'expérience minimum
6 - 10 ans
- Soft skills
- Experience leading small-to-medium-sized teams
- Ability to use prototyping tools showing exceptional skills with standard UX software such as Sketch Figma and Invision
- Ability to scope requests, develop and communicate a level of effort, plan work in a team environment, adjust quickly to changes or new set of information.
- User-centric design approach that involves rapid testing and iteration of design within pizza teams.
- Experience working with established brand guidelines, style guides, and code-based design systems.
- Collaboration skills tasked with the collaboration with a number of product departments such as the product development, design, and marketing departments.
- Experience with Design System to host our Design System
- Experience with evaluative research methods
- Extensive awareness on product’s strengths and limitations relative to market/consumer trends, competitive threats, market opportunities, and more importantly, consumer experience.
- Knowledge of html, css, and javascript capabilities with the ability to work closely with engineers to implement designs
- Experience delivering responsive designs across and tailored to large monitors, tablets, phones and other device types.
- Understanding of how design translates to code
Ability to manage multiple priorities rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be a UX advocate in the company
- Ability to work from low fidelity to high fidelity
- Understanding of the Agile methodology, especially Scr
