Présentation de l’Association
L’Association Mon Eco Pote, qui gère la plateforme My Eco Best Friend, a pour ambition d’aider les citoyens suisses à devenir plus éco-responsables à travers différents moyens disponibles via la plateforme My Eco Best Friend tels qu’une place de marché de produits et services écologiques, un blog, des jeux et bien plus encore. L’Association soutien également les producteurs, commerçants et fournisseurs de services éco-responsables suisses non seulement en leur mettant à disposition une plateforme complète de gestion de leur « magasin en ligne » et tout le cycle de vie depuis la commande jusqu’à la livraison, mais également des services de support et conseils, notamment informatiques, pour s’assurer que ces « fournisseurs » peuvent assurer une présence en ligne optimale et augmenter la vente de leurs produits et services. Le tout pour un coût très dérisoire, juste de quoi permettre à la plateforme de fonctionner de manière professionnelle, ainsi que l’association. Nous ne nous faisons pas de bénéfices

Le contexte
L’association a été récemment créée et nous sommes dans la phase de préparation de lancement des activités. L’objectif étant ces 6 prochains mois de :

  1. Finaliser la préparation technique de la plateforme.
  2. Finaliser les aspects opérationnels importants de l’association.
  3. Se créer un réseau de partenaires pour vendre sur notre plateforme.
  4. Se faire connaitre auprès du grand public.

La position disponible
Nous recherchons une personne pour une position de UX/UI designer afin de revoir l’ensemble du design de la plateforme et vérifier que la qualité des graphiques, fonctionnalités et workflow fonctionne parfaitement et selon les standards du marché. Il s’agit non seulement de design « desktop » mais également « mobile friendly ». Ce travail peut s’effectuer en complément de la partie test UAT.

Les compétences demandées
Le site est basé sur Wordpress et le design est surtout construit avec Elementor et du CSS. Il est indispensable que le candidat ait de l’expérience dans l’utilisation de ces outils.

Autres informations
Comme indiqué, cette position est à 100% en télétravail, mais nous mettrons à disposition des outils de bureautiques en ligne (via Infomaniak Kdrive) ainsi qu’une coordination et collaboration hebdomadaire sur les différents sujets traités. Nous aurons également l’occasion de nous rencontrer durant votre mission.

Enfin, la plupart des missions au sein de l’association s’effectueront sous forme de missions courtes ou moyens termes et gérées sous forme de projets. Les 10 ans d’expérience en tant que chef de projet du fondateur vous permettra également de pouvoir gagner de l’expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de projet. A la fin de votre mission, l’association émettra un certificat de travail comme preuve que vous avez bien travaillé pour nous.
