Le/la Digital Content Manager est chargé/e de concevoir, organiser et optimiser les contenus en ligne du Groupe Mutuel afin d’améliorer la visibilité, l’image de marque et l’engagement des utilisateurs sur les différentes plateformes numériques.
Ce poste clé nécessite une maîtrise approfondie des technologies web, des techniques de référencement naturel (SEO et SMO) et payant (SEA et SMA), ainsi qu’un excellent sens de la communication écrite et visuelle. En lien avec tous les acteurs au sein du Marketing, il intervient à toutes les étapes de la création et de la diffusion des contenus sur le site, réseaux sociaux, bannières web, annonces ou encore newsletters.

**TA MISSION**:

- Tu conçois, mets en place et suis les campagnes payantes sur différents médias en ligne (Google Ads, Meta, NativeAds ), en créant des annonces, rédigeant des landing pages et optimisant le parcours client (AB tests par exemple)
- En respectant les critères de performance (CPL, taux de conversion, ROI), tu pilotes et optimises les campagnes et gères les reportings
- Tu crées des contenus pertinents, de qualité, engageants et optimisés SEO pour le site web, adaptés aux objectifs et audiences cibles (vidéos, textes, images )
- En coordonnant les campagnes sur différentes plateformes numériques (réseaux sociaux, TV agences, site web), tu t’assures de leur cohérence tout en produisant un contenu pertinent et adapté à chaque canal de communication
- Tu analyses et optimises les performances des campagnes afin d’adapter et d’améliorer la stratégie de contenu (taux d’engagement, nombre de vues, temps passé sur chaque page) et détectes les points de friction pour les corriger
- En participant à la refonte du site web, tu travailles sur la stratégie SEO et contenu

**Tes qualités**:

- Tu es passionné(e) par le marketing digital et tu maîtrises la rédaction web et les codes du référencement naturel (SEO) et du marketing digital, avec une orthographe irréprochable et une sensibilité rédactionnelle. Les fautes d'orthographe te fuient comme la peste
- Tu maîtrises les outils d’analyse web (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Manager ) et pourrais même analyser les données de ton frigo pour optimiser son contenu
- En gérant des projets, tu es rigoureux/se et organisé/e et tu assures la coordination et le respect des délais. Les deadlines te respectent
- Tu maîtrise le français (C2) et tu as de bonnes connaissances en anglais (B2), la cerise sur le gâteau serait que tu maîtrises également l'allemand (C1)
- Tu as un bon sens du relationnel et du travail en équipe, et tu es capable de t’adapter et de réagir face aux changements en étant toujours force de proposition
- Tu as des connaissances des langages HTML et CSS, ce qui est un plus

**Ta formation**:

- Tu es diplômé(e) d’un Bachelor ou Master en Marketing Digital ou toute formation équivalente

**Ton expérience**:

- Tu bénéficies de 3 ans minimum d’expérience dans un poste similaire
