Your role

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Video Production: Conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, and editing high-quality videos for various platforms.
- Post-production and Editing: Refining raw video footage, audio, and graphics to create polished and professional final products.
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring all content aligns with our brand's tone, voice, and style guidelines.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and HR, to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
- Staying updated on industry trends, new techniques, and emerging technologies in video production and graphic design to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Measuring content performance and communicating content KPIs internally.
- Assisting with print specifications, digital files, and the conversion of file formats for Print-On-Demand, laser forms, etc.

**Profile**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other graphic design software (e.g., Figma).
- Experienced in video editing and able to present a portfolio of your completed projects.
- Knowledgeable in UI and UX design.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards for design and content quality.
- Fluent in English.
- Interested in private aviation and the world of luxury.

Conditions
- Start date: ASAP.
- Duration: indefinite.
- Salary: 5000 CHF.

Able to legally work in Switzerland (a European passport holder or a Swiss work permit holder).

You will be based in Lausanne. Occasional travel may be required.

**Salary**: CHF5,000.00 per month
