Als Business Process Manager (w/m/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Geschäftsprozesse. Du bringst dein Fachwissen und deine Ideen ein, um Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit im fossilen Handel voranzutreiben und komplexe Abläufe zu verbessern.

Für den Standort **Winterthur** suchen wir per **sofort oder nach Vereinbarung** dich als **Business Process Manager (w/m/d) 60-100%**.

**Deine Hauptaufgaben**:

- Du entwickelst kreative Problemlösungen und machst unsere Geschäftsprozesse noch effizienter.
- Mit deinen Anforderungsanalysen und Business Cases legst du die Grundlage für erfolgreiche Projekte.
- In laufenden Projekten packst du tatkräftig mit an und stehst dem Leiter Handel unterstützend zur Seite.
- Du hast Lust, den Innovationsprozess im Handel aktiv voranzutreiben und frische Ideen einzubringen.

**Deine Qualifikationen**:

- Du bringst eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und/oder eine Weiterbildung als Wirtschaftsinformatiker oder Betriebswirtschafter (FH, HF) mit.
- Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement und in der Modularisierung von Lösungen zeichnen dich aus.
- Mit deiner praxisorientierten Erfahrung und deinem sicheren Auftreten bist du eine wertvolle Unterstützung für unser Team.
- Softwarekenntnisse - insbesondere in Visio, Signavio und den BPMN-Notationen - gehören zu deinem Repertoire.
- Du bist sicher in Deutsch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
