Webshop (Ecommerce) Manager

**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure smooth and stable operations of Rieter After Sales webshop (integrated into backend ERP - SAP)
- Lead further development of the webshop as platform leader across stakeholders (Customers, Sales, IT, Supply Chain, Support, Agents, Sales Back Office, Product Units)
- Elaborate and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders and drive webshop software development (new functions, modules and interfaces) with IT/external partners to further increase adoption by customers
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of webshop as sales channel within Rieter After Sales Service Organization
- Support global and local webshop ‘Customer Support Organizations’ on system and process matters
- Support further sales transformation projects and set up monitoring system of indirect sales channels (agents) for Rieter’s service business
**Your Qualifications**:
- Master or bachelor's degree in business informatics, business administration or similar with corresponding practical knowledge (strong focus on IT)
- Min. 5 years of experience in a customer-facing function (Sales, Sales Operations, eCommerce Manager) with focus on eCommerce platform management including demonstrated experience in leading projects for industrial goods / services
- Business analysis, requirements and release management familiarity
- Technical background with IT knowledge (B2B eCommerce) including agile implementation processes
- Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics for webshop performance tracking and familiarity with SAP SD and MM module (understanding the Quote-to-Cash process and system settings)
- Hands on experience in ecommerce, SEO and well versed in Internet technologies and best-in-class tactics
- Project Management
