For an important company, we are looking for the following profile:
**Your mission**
- Assembles sponsorships materials, prepares presentations
- Coordinates exhibition requirements
- Maintains calendar and meet deadlines for event sponsorships
- Manages independently the accounts assigned
- Coordinates phases of exhibition on site (installation/set up, running and dismantling)
- Provides content for website updates
- Provides on-site support to exhibitors
- Executes daily communication with exhibitors
- Provides administrative support
- Handles, coordinates and oversees all event operations assigned

**Your profile**
- 1-3 years’ experience in sponsorship or a similar role
- Very strong communication skills
- Excellent command/highly proficient in spoken and written English; another language is a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Highly organised
- Strong team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
- Ability to manage external services providers
