Specialists in the recruitment and selection of permanent and temporary personnel in various economic sectors, we have been existing in Switzerland for over 60 years with more than 300 employees in more than 40 branches.

For an important company, we are looking for the following profile:
**Your mission**
- Manages and supports the individual and waived registrations for EADV major events
- Assists with managing invoices and payments
- Sends confirmations, invitation letters and reminders for various deadlines
- During the events in charge of back-office activities and assisting with the registration area

supervision. Trains/assists temporary staff in the registration process
- Organises shipments in conjunction with the Industry Services and Events Department
- Assists with the preparation of the final congress report and weekly statistics
- Updates information relative to members or delegates in the database.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor in administration, events management or relevant field
- Excellent command/highly proficient in spoken and written English; another language is a plus
- Customer service oriented and problem-solving mind set
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Team worker, cooperative attitude
- Ability to multi-task, and prioritize
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to work with a database.
