**Technical Product Owner 40-80% (f/m/d)**

Your Tasks:

- Drive the development, improvements and support of EnableMe’s digital products.
- Manage, specify and administrate tasks around the Content Management System (Pimcore) and our community platform (Vanilla Forums).
- Be the go to person for all technical related issues surrounding the digital platforms.
- Work with project-managers on finding solutions to specific digital challenges.
- Coordinate training and onboardings with our international partners.
- Conduct analysis of user traffic and engagement along user journeys on the platform.
- Support the team with implementation and understanding of data analytics.
- Conduct minor IT administrative tasks like adding/removing users, manage billing etc.
- Continuously assess working methods, and make data-based recommendations for improvement.

Your Experience and Skills:

- Solid understanding of the web ecosystem like frontend, backend, databases, CMS, what a server or DNS is, analytics tracking and tag manager implementation, SEO etc.
- Some frontend/backend coding experience or atleast solid understanding required. You will not code but it’s a plus if you can hack together a trackable popup.
- Minor experience or wish to become a Product Owner/Product manager, more importantly a keen interest in Digital Product Development.
- Outstanding written/oral, organizational and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail
- Ability to figure out solutions to challenges with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and laying out arguments in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
- Experience/interest in digital design is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter, “get things done” attitude
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and good understanding of German
