Reporting to our Head of Global TA, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced yet curious, confident yet flexible. If you know what good looks like and have a vision for how it could be done even better, this is your job.

**What You Will Do**
- Develop and maintain the company's global employer brand marketing strategy, design, roadmap, implementation and success measurement framework
- Nurture relationships with senior colleagues, including leaders in Marketing; partner with global TA leaders to develop and guide a comprehensive global and local strategy that translates hiring needs into employer branding initiatives
- Lead a global employer brand function that will create, develop, and carry out campaigns aligned with our employer value proposition, editorial strategy, and corporate narrative
- Bring Scandit's teams and associates together globally to implement and carry out strategies
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the People Team to ensure that our employer brand aligns with our actual associate experience

**Who You Are**
- Senior leader with 10+ years of experience working in talent attraction / acquisition, with a particular focus, marketing, communications, or advertising for technology organizations; 3+ years of experience serving as a people manager with international management experience is a plus
- Demonstrated visionary leadership; ability to lead teams through ambiguity, navigate and remove barriers, and practice continuous learning to be aware of emerging trends and best practices
- Demonstrated expertise and record of success in leading employer brand strategy
across regions; experience cocreating the development of creative solutions across multi-channel recruitment campaigns
- Experience successfully using a customer relationship management (CRM) platform to automate talent lead generation and outreach activities with a TA function
- Experience managing global recruiting DEI strategy and partnerships
- Collaborative, diplomatic leader who can build solid relationships with other stakeholders to accomplish shared goals
- Expert storyteller and good communicator who is comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization
