**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du übernimmst den Lead eines dedizierten Sourcing Teams und bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Active-Sourcing Strategie im Bereich IT/Tech.
- Du bist dafür zuständig, einen qualitativ hochwertigen und relevanten Talent-Pool weiter aufzubauen und die dafür nötigen Prozesse & Systemanforderungen zu definieren und einzuführen.
- Du implementierst nachhaltige Sourcing Prozesse und übernimmst den Lead für die unternehmensweiten Sourcing Aktivitäten
- Du schulst unsere Recruitment Consultants in modernen Sourcing Methoden und der gezielten Kandidatenansprache
- Du gehst neue Wege und probierst neue Tools, so dass wir auch in der Zukunft die passenden Talente finden

Wir suchen wissbegierige und kreative Persönlichkeiten mit Sozialkompetenz, Antrieb und professionellem Auftreten. Am wichtigsten ist für uns der Cultural Fit, sowie die Bereitschaft die eigene Komfortzone zu verlassen und sich stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Talent
- & Active Sourcing, idealerweise im IT/Tech-Umfeld und weisst, was eine erfolgreiche Ansprache ausmacht.
- Du kennst die wichtigsten Recruiting-Trends und kennst dich aufgrund deiner bisherigen Aufgaben bestens mit modernen Sourcing Quellen und Werkzeugen aus (Linkedin, Github, Stackoverflow, soziale Medien, Communities, Blogs, Google X-Ray etc.)
- Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrung mit den gängigsten Recruiting KPI’s und deren Anwendung und Auswertung gesammelt.
- Nebst deinem Fokus für Sourcing bist du auch an angrenzenden Themen interessiert und offen, dich bei Projekten zu involvieren und neue Technologien zu testen (z.B. NLP, ChatGPT etc.)
- Du bist selbständig, gut organisiert, denkst lösungsorientiert und dein Verständnis von Kandidatenorientierung entspricht höchsten Ansprüchen
- Du bringst erste Führungserfahrung mit, was jedoch kein Must-have ist
- Du hast stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
