**Beschreibung**:
Für unseren langjährigen und bekannten Geschäftspartner, Roche Diagnostics Schweiz AG mit Sitz in Rotkreuz, suchen wir einen motivierten und engagierten **Quality Partner** für einen temporären Einsatz von 12 Monaten mit Option auf Verlängerung.
Als Quality Partner stellen sie mit den zuständigen Projekt-, Produkt
- und Produktionsverantwortlichen sicher, dass die Roche Vorgaben sowie die Gesetze, Regularien und Standards (regulatory requirements of United States Food and Drug Administration, In Vitro Diagnostics Regulation of the European Union, ISO 13485, etc.) beim Prozesstechnologieaufbau, Designtransfer und der Herstellung unserer Medizinprodukte / IVDs eingehalten und entsprechend dokumentiert werden.
**Tätigkeiten**:
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Implementierung eines MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Systems (inklusive User Acceptance Testing, Verbesserungsloops, und Prozesstransfer) am Standort
- Unterstützung der Business Partner bei Projekt und Product Care Aktivitäten zur Einhaltung und Verbesserung der Produktqualität und Compliance sowie der erforderlichen Dokumentation
- Sie prüfen und genehmigen Änderungen (Change Control) im Rahmen des Herstellprozesses und der Produktpflege
- Sie prüfen und genehmigen Projekt-, Produkt-, sowie Prozessdokumente und andere für die Herstellung relevante Vorgabe
- und Nachweisdokumente wie Arbeitsanweisungen und Batch Records
- Sie bearbeiten, prüfen und genehmigen Abweichungen (Nonconformities) und CAPA betreffend Produktionsprozess und Produktqualität
- Sie unterstützen unsere Business Partner bei der Erstellung und Pflege der Prozessrisikoanalysen (pFMEA) zur Sicherung der Produkt Qualität und Compliance und genehmigen diese
- Sie sind für die qualitätsrelevanten Aspekte bei Design oder technischen Produkttransfer Projekten verantwortlich um die Produktqualität, die Einhaltung der Vorgaben und die durchgängige Dokumentation sicherzustellen
- Sie verbessern unsere Prozesse um unsere Qualität und Effizienz zu erhöhen
- Sie leiten und/oder unterstützen Projekte oder Initiativen im Bereich Quality Management oder unseres Operations Partner
**Anforderungen**:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder über langjährige Berufserfahrung in einem technischen Bereich
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich automatisierte und elektronisch dokumentierte und überwachte Produktionsprozesse, Berufserfahrung im Bereich der MES Systemeinführung und dem Aufbau der elektronischen Batch Dokumentation (elektronisches DHR) ist von Vorteil
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Quality Assurance im Umfeld der Produktpflege (Product Care) von Medizinprodukten / IVDs und deren regulatorischen Vorgaben (ISO 13485, FDA Regulation, NMPA)
- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umgang von Änderungen und Abweichungen mit Bezug zu interner Produktion von Medizinprodukten / IVDs
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetz
- Sie sind es sich gewohnt, Entscheidungen auch ausserhalb der Komfortzone zu treffen, Problemlösungsmethoden anzuwenden, Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und selbständig umzusetzen
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in Prozess-Risikoanalysen (pFMEAs) und der gesamtheitlichen Beurteilung von Massnahmen bei Produkt
- und Prozessänderungen
- Sie bezeichnen sich als selbstständige, strukturierte, zielstrebige, lösungs
- und qualitätsorientierte Person
- Sie verfügen über starke und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und können diese in einem komplexen Umfeld einbringen um Lösungen über alle Hierarchien unserer Interessensgruppen zu erzielen
- Sie tragen entscheidend zum Zusammenhalt und der Entwicklung unseres bestehenden Teams bei
