**Job Summary/Purpose***:
**As a QA Manager, you proactively ensure quality oversight and compliance of products in the Swiss market. At the interface between manufacturing and the market, you are the business partner for various functions. Furthermore, you are responsible for the maintenance and development of the quality systems of the local quality organization. You ensure compliance with both local legislation and corporate regulations and the readiness for inspections and audits. As a process owner you take the lead in relevant projects, you drive compliance, innovation and operational excellence.**

**Your Key Responsibilities**

**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- **Ensures readiness for all GxP regulatory inspections & audits and performs self-inspections according to plan.**:

- **Meets Key Quality Indicators (KQI) in the own area of responsibility. Assesses, reports and proactively monitors Key Quality Indicators in the own area of responsibility, maintains good oversight and ensures gaps are appropriately addressed.**:

- **Is responsible for QMS-related tasks such as Supplier Management and QA Oversight activities (e.g. Self-Inspections, Annual Quality plan, Quality Risk Assessments)**:

- **Batch Release: Responsible for the release and non-release of product batches of marketed goods, as delegated by the Responsible Person (FvP).**:

- **Exception Management: Management and Support of internal / external stakeholders (including HA Communication) within the Exception management processes (Complaints, Deviations; Escalations)**:

- **Interaction with stakeholders: Is responsible for the interaction and communication with internal (e.g. Customer Service / Regulatory Affairs / Supply Chain Management) and external (e.g. warehouse) stakeholders within the own area of responsibility.**

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Master degree in pharmacy or comparable education/scientific background with experience in GxP area
- German (fluent oral and written)
- English (fluent oral and written)
- French as advantage
- Several (5) years of professional experience in pharmaceutical industry, analytics, quality assurance, production, distribution or pharmacy.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Strong project management skills, including simplification mindset, strategic thinking and ability to lead changes.
