About the team you are joining
As an Intern SharePoint/M365 reporting to the Senior Manager, SharePoint & O365, you will help with managing the private extranet sites in SharePoint Online ( O365 ).
You will work in the IATA ITS department and collaborate with all the divisions that own extranet sites.
What your day would be like
**You will be responsible for**:
- Creating of the new extranet sites;
- Providing updates to the Extranet Administration Intranet and Yammer communities;
- Creating of the training material and user guides for the IATA’s new external collaboration platform;
- Assisting site admins with the external / internal user onboarding process;
- Liaising with our development team on the continuous improvement and development of the Extranet platform;
- Generating reports on sites & users’ activity, permissions using O365 Management tools;
- Building governance controls to monitor the extranet sites.
We would love to hear from you if you have
- Recent University Degree in Computer Science (within one year of graduation);
- Excellent planning and organization skills;
- Excellent oral and written English;
- Ability to interact with staff at all levels, often under pressure, remaining positive, flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, and managing multiple demands.
