**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**
- Analyse, localise and communicate incidents and support requests using our ticketing tool
- Coordinate solution finding and rectification together with stakeholders like development, engineering, network and infrastructure specialists
- Initiate predefined escalation mechanisms
- Identify and eliminate weaknesses and need for optimisation in existing processes and systems (according ITIL Processes)
- Control and monitor our service quality in terms of end-to-end processing of our business processes
- You actively participate in projects and programs of the division

**Required skills**
- Education in information technology or equivalent/higher education
- Knowledge of service management according to ITIL
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Team orientated with a strong customer and service orientation
- Strong social skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholder
- Very good written and spoken skills in English are a prerequisite, good German skills are also required
