**Role summary**:
Application support manager for AML investigations, Name Screening and Trade Surveillance Applications is a key role within the Compliance Technology Services (CTS) team under the Enterprise Operations & Technology department within Citi. Enterprise Operations & Technology provides unique combined business operations and technology services across Citigroup. The role will entail implementation and release management of AML investigations, Name Screening and Trade Surveillance tools to meet AML compliance, Sanctions and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Work with business users to define, analyze highly complex AML compliance and regulatory requirements
Define compliant technology change requirements based on the business requirements
Support all implemented complex tools and technology solutions to enable timely compliance with AML regulations and Sanctions policies
Ensure strict adherence to all technology processes according to Citigroup Information Technology Management Policies (CITMP), CTO requirements and Swiss banking laws, regulations, and Swiss infrastructure standards.

**Manage releases for EMEA Citi Private Bank CTS systems**: AML ( CitiAIP (Citi AML Case Investigation Platform)), Citi Screening (CS), Trade Surveillance (TS).
Collaborate with Global development units, Global Production Assurance (GPA), regional level 3 support, infrastructure (CTI) teams in Zurich and Singapore.
Collaborate with global, regional and Swiss\UK & Jersey in-country: Compliance, AML Operations, Business Risk, Infrastructure, BISO (Business Information Security Officer), TISO (Technology Information Security Officer) and CPB Business units.
Conduct day-to-day critical tasks from regional and global functional streams: AML, CS, TS.
Application Support functions for AML systems (CitiAIP, Micro Strategy, AML QA), CS & TS.
Provide support to prepare all key deliverables for Internal Audit, external regulators, and Citi Compliance Testing requirements.

**Requirements**:
Experience with Oracle databases, Red Hat Linux operating system, SQL queries and PL/SQL tools, Unix shell scripts, tasks scheduling, ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) tools including Ab-initio or Talend.
Experience with database modelling and data warehousing principles.
Experience and strong knowledge of Private Banking Business and Operating Model
Experience in Service Now and Problem & Change Management Processes
Experience with Swiss private banking area pertaining to Information security, Swiss Data protection and Swiss banking secrecy.
Knowledge and Experience in Production Support Model
Experience in working with delivery teams spread across countries and time zones.
Teamwork-focused/collaborative work style.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks in parallel.
Be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with limited supervision.
Be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to work closely with stakeholders.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Previous IT experience with good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.

**The following skills are desirable but not essential**:
Experience with Web Services, MQ Messaging, Java J2EE, JSP/Java Scripts
Experience with HP/QC Tool
Knowledge and Experience with Documentum tool.
