Hobson Prior are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join a brilliant pharmaceutical establishment on a contract basis located in Basel with hybrid working available. Our client is focused on extending and improving the lives of many.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will handle and drive suitable sourcing, assessment, selection and pre-on boarding tactics for EMEA based X roles.
- You will drive the talent acquisition method for roles across all departments by producing the recruiting tactic in line with the department and company objectives.
- Responsible for handling major recruitment campaigns, confidential and business crucial projects connected to the TA international method.
- To develop functional and TA operational depth and clearing roadblocks, you will assist sources as well as TA admins.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Key Skills**:

- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable with change as well as able to pass through intricacy with ease.
- Exhibited ability to develop partnerships and relations across a mix-matrixed work setting.
- An entrepreneurial outlook.
- Capable of engaging with senior hiring managers and shareholders.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level or obtained pertinent work experience within HR or talent acquisition.
- Previous involvement in full cycle recruiting ideally within an inhouse TA team with exposure to recruiting across various locations in EMEA.
- Experience working within a biotech, pharmaceutical and/or life science organisation would be ideal but is not necessary for the role.
