- und Fachbereichen, um vertragliche und rechtliche Risiken zu ermitteln und zu minimieren

Entwicklung einer Beschaffungsstrategie als Grundlage für Beschaffungsentscheide

Erstellen von Ausschreibungen/RFPs (Request for Proposals) sowie Führung von Direktverhandlungen mit Unternehmern und Dienstleistern, Vertragsverlängerungen und Vertragsbeendigungen, um die wirtschaftlichen, rechtlichen und regulatorischen zu gewährleisten

Überwachung der Vertragserfüllung und Durchsetzung der vertraglichen Rechte und Pflichten, einschliesslich der rechtzeitigen Beilegung von Streitigkeiten oder Vertragsverletzungen

Identifizierung und/oder Entwicklung der richtigen Partner, um hervorragende Dienstleistungen, Zuverlässigkeit und Konformität zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsanforderungen zu gewährleisten

- Masterabschluss Recht und ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Beschaffungsrecht
- Kenntnisse des internationalen Vertragsrechts einschliesslich eines umfassenden Verständnisses der in internationalen Verträgen häufig verwendeten rechtlichen Bestimmungen, Bedingungen und Klauseln
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der nationalen und idealerweise internationalen Beschaffung
- Erfahrung in der Ausarbeitung und Verhandlung komplexer Handelsverträge mit multinationalen Unternehmungen und Organisationen (u.a. FIDIC-Verträge)
- Ausgewiesene Verhandlungs-, Kommunikations
- und Sozialkompetenz mit der Fähigkeit, Einfluss zu nehmen und einen Konsens zwischen verschiedenen Interessengruppen herzustellen sowie Chancen und Risiken zu erkennen
- Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu arbeiten und richtige Prioritäten in einem schnelllebigen, globalen Umfeld zu setzen
- Verhandlungssicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch
