- Operational Leadership of all procurement activities across Client Contract
- Supports & deputises for Head of Project Procurement
- Develops Procurement Concept for Client Projects
- Coordinates and manages lots allocated to Cat Mgr’s, SPMs & buyers
- Executes procurement of lots as defined in personal scope
- Represents SM within Project Team
- Resolution or escalation of all procurement claims
- Drives effectiveness and efficiency of operational procurement tasks
- Participates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function
- Communicates effectively with cross functional peers relating to Project Procurement activities
- Ensures effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to company processes
- Supports the department in achieving objectives
- All other duties as reasonably requested
- Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them

**Your experiences**:
**Job specific qualification**
- Graduate or FH / TH completion
- Procurement experience in International & Technical environment or entry of Senior PM / PM with good commercial capability (normally via SPM position)
- Interdisciplinary project management experience
- Good social skills and reputation for integrity
- Motivates peers and leads by example
- Takes responsibility for ensuring best outcomes
- Self-motivated and capable of leading multi-functional teams
- Capable of training specific procurement skills at lower levels
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Promotes internal and external collaboration, based on the company values
- Experienced in use of standard methods in order to identify complex problems and ensures implementation of suitable holistic solutions
- Deputises in comparable fields

**Competence in working methods**
- Good negotiation skills (Iterative Procurement & Claims management)
- Good understanding of supply contract law (Swiss &/or Anglo Saxon)
- Knowledge of Category Management & Supplier Development processes
- Good knowledge of Sourcing, Bidding and Category Management
- Good knowledge of SAP (SRM & MM) and MS-Office (Excel incl. Pivot, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of eProcurement solutions
- Understanding of QA processes appropriate to Supply Markets
- Good market and product knowledge
- Multicultural experience and good communication skill
- Multilingual with professional English (B2 - C1)
