**Das erwartet dich**:

- Du erhältst einen vertieften Einblick in das Application Management der VZ Depotbank AG.
- Du beantwortest selbstständig Benutzeranfragen zu den Banksystemen oder mit Hilfe eines Business-Analysten-Kollegen.
- Du bearbeitest Anfragen im Zugriffsmanagement (Onboarding, Mutationen und Offboarding) aus unterschiedlichen Geschäftseinheiten im täglichen Betrieb.
- Du hilfst dem Team in der Störungsanalyse und unterstützt in der Koordination externen Partnern.

- Abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder BWL
- Freude an einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
- Überzeugendes Auftreten und stilsichere Kommunikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von MS-Office
- Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit auch in hektischen Zeiten
