**Contexte**:
The Département des neurosciences cliniques (DNC) is one of 13 clinical and medical-technical departments at the CHUV. The DNC combines highly specialized medical care with academic excellence in neurosurgery, neurology, neurorehabilitation, dementia management and spinal surgery. The Human Brain Project, Neurorestore, NeuroTech, and the Innosuisse Flagship SwissNeuroRehab are among the DNC's most prominent research initiatives.

This position is part of the SwissNeuroRehab (SNR, swissneurorehab.ch) research project, financed by a Flagship call from the Swiss Innovation Agency (Innosuisse), initiated and coordinated by the Service universitaire de neuroréhabilitation (SUN) of the DNC/CHUV, which brings together the neurorehabilitation departments of the CHUV and the Institution de Lavigny. The aim of SNR is to design, implement and scientifically validate a new model for neurorehabilitation care in Switzerland, becoming the new national standard. The aim is to offer modern, standardized care using innovative techniques and digital technologies that are based on scientific evidence and clinically relevant, with an appropriate dosage of neurorehabilitation and access to care throughout the recovery and socio-professional reintegration process. To achieve this, SNR capitalizes on a consortium of 33 academic, clinical and industrial partners, representing the most important players in this field in Switzerland. This is the most important initiative ever undertaken in this field and will shape the face of neurorehabilitation at the national level for decades to come.

- Ce poste s'inscrit dans le cadre du projet de recherche SwissNeuroRehab (SNR, swissneurorehab.ch), financé par une subvention Flagship de l’Agence Suisse pour l’Innovation (Innosuisse), initié et coordonné par le Service universitaire de neuroréhabilitation (SUN) du DNC/CHUV qui réunit les neuroréhabilitations du CHUV et de l’Institution de Lavigny. L’objectif de SNR est de concevoir, implémenter et valider scientifiquement un nouveau modèle de prise en charge en neuroréhabilitation au niveau suisse, afin qu’il devienne le nouveau standard national. L’objectif est de proposer une prise en charge moderne et uniformisée avec des techniques et technologies numériques innovantes basées sur les preuves scientifiques et cliniquement pertinentes, avec un dosage adéquat de neuroréhabilitation et un accès aux soins tout au long du parcours de récupération et réintégration socio-professionnelle. Pour y parvenir, SNR peut compter su_r un consortium de 33 partenaires académiques, cliniques et industriels représentants les plus importants acteurs dans ce domaine en Suisse. Il s’agit de la plus importante initiative dans ce domaine jamais entreprise, qui modèlera le visage de la neuroréhabilitation pour les décennies à venir au niveau national._
