Your tasks
- Handling the analytical aspects during the project life cycle for pharmaceutical products (NCEs, generics, excipients)
- Plan and lead project execution
- Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix setting
- Compilation and review of analytical documentation
- Risk analysis and contingency planning
- Trigger and lead troubleshooting activities
- Collaboration with sales

Your qualifications and attributes
- We are looking for team players, who wants to share their knowledge with our team and improve their personal capabilities
- Background in analytical chemistry or a related field (biochemistry, biology or pharmacy)
- Hands-on experience in developing, validating, and transferring analytical methods for small molecules, peptides or excipients
- Knowledge or experience in different analytical techniques (e.g. chromatography and quality control methods)
- GMP experience is a plus
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Business mindset and solution oriented personality
- Focus on customer relationship
- English fluent, German is an advantage
