**Was Sie bei uns erwartet**
Als Communications Manager von HOERBIGER sind Sie für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der globalen Marken
- und Kommunikationsstrategie der Gruppe mitverantwortlich. Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Team und leiten strategische Projekte und Kampagnen in der internen und externen Kommunikation. Zudem verantworten Sie die Konzeption und Umsetzung der Social-Media-Aktivitäten und unterstützen die KollegInnen von People & Culture im Bereich Employer Branding.
**Was Sie mitbringen sollten**
Sie bringen folgende Qualifikationen mit:

- Kommunikations
- und/oder Journalismus-Ausbildung (Universitäts
- oder Fachhochschulniveau)
- Mindestens 5 Jahre PR-, Journalismus und/oder Marketing-Erfahrungen im Unternehmensumfeld oder auf Agenturseite
- Hohe Sprach
- und Schreibkompetenz in Deutsch und Englisch, bevorzugt mit Erfahrung im Journalismus und/oder Corporate Newsroom
- Ausgezeichnete Anwenderkenntnisse von internen und externen sozialen Medien (Beekeeper, Workplace, Yammer, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube)
- Hohe Technologie-Affinität und Anwenderkenntisse von Kollaborationswerkzeugen und CMS (MS Teams, Frontify, WordPress, TYPO3)
- Erfahrung in Change Management und der Begleitung von Transformationsprozessen von Vorteil

Zudem zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende Kompetenzen aus:

- Teamplayer mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und Freude am Community-Building
- Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative, Selbständigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Agilität
- Starke Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten und «hands-on»-Einstellung
