Project Support (PMO - E2E Supply Chain)
For our Pharma client in Basel, we are looking for a Project Support (PMO - E2E Supply Chain)
**Your main responsibilities**:
As PMO, you will be responsible to:
- Collaborate with all involved DT&IT and business colleagues to develop and manage DT&IT workstreams in the E2E Supply chain Initiative
- Supporting Project Management in project planning, managing deadlines and prioritizations as well as project controlling regarding budget, risks and resource planning
- Ensure that status/progress of the digital workstreams are clearly visible, meeting actions are capture and tasks status are followed up with responsible person
- Providing and visualizing overall project status and financial reporting as well as business cases over all workstreams
- Translate Business requirements into IT requirements and vice versa
- Supporting the business though change management from IT side
**Your Profile**:
- Winning Experience in a Team
- Passionate about collaborating in a team environment as well as exercise independent judgment
- **Profound experience** in** international project management**:
- Basic **Supply Chain understanding**:
- Being able to act as (change) agent between business and IT implementation team
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Experience of working in** complex global teams**:
- Strong communication, influence and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence working in a cross functional team, building relationships with DT&IT teams and business stakeholders
