**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du übernimmst den Lead in deinem Team und stellst sicher, dass die Performance hervorragend ist und das Umfeld motiviert ist
- Du schaffst die Basis für schnelle Umsetzungen in den Businessbedürfnissen und stellst sicher, dass die Zusammenarbeit hervorragend ist
- Erstellung der Budget
- und Ressourcenplanung
- Kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Applikationen
- Du förderst und führst neue Technologien in das IT-Umfeld

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Informatik
- oder Engineering (FH oder Universität) oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Du bringst mehrjährige personelle Führungserfahrung von Vorteil mit
- Du verfügst über eine fundierte Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement, Entwicklung, Test und Betrieb von Applikationen
- Du hast gutes Verständnis des Kerngeschäfts eines Übertragungsnetzbetreibers
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in der Ausführung von Informatikprojekten
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Spass an der Lösungsentwicklung, grosser Leistungsbereitschaft, ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und Drang zur Weiterentwicklung
- Du besitzt ein verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
