**Material Planner (80-100%)**:**

The material planner takes over the end-to-end planning of the stock, supports and implements the strategic initiatives and plans the stock with low capital commitment at the same time, but very high availability and flexibility. In this position you will control the entire process of requirements planning from receipt of requirements to delivery and support internal customer service requests. You report to the head of operational material management, implement strategic parameters, actively develop them further and at the same time ensure high availability in the assigned portfolio. This position is classified as 15.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Management (incl. forecast) of spare parts portfolio with consideration to the lowest possible capital commitment whilst ensuring highest availability
- Mapping/change for Bill of Material in SAP
- Create and Maintain Material-Masterdata (incl. SafetyStock, Forecast, Lotsizes, etc.)
- Maintain and develop logistic Parameter to an automic deamandplanning and requirement coverage
- Control and adjustment of the automatically generated requisitions
- Proactive tracking and communication of current delivery dates with existing systems and further development of them
- Capacity coordination with logistics production, especially in the event of deviations from the forecast / customer requirements
- Continuous improvement of the inventory management strategy along the value chain
- Participation in on-call service 24h/365 days (approx. 5 assignments per year)

**Your background**:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in material procurement and/or management
- Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning and Standard Operating Procedures
- Knowledge of SAP R3 desirable
- A team player, solution-oriented way of working as well as very good written and verbal communication skills
- Further training in the field of logistics (HF/FH)
- Good Knowledge of material procurement and advanced knowledge of production and warehouse logistics desirable.
- Experience in CIP and/or project management is an advantage
- Proactive and self-organized way of working is required
- Good written and spoken German and English
