In this role, you will be responsible for operational planning and control of manufacturing orders in production. You will be reporting to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Defines manufacturing program to ensure the highest material availability at best utilization of production resources.
- Creation and monitoring of production orders according to material demand and available resources.
- Definition, implementation, and follow-up of countermeasures in case of lacking on-time delivery.
- Daily order review and approval by FELIOS.
- Call-off of raw material required for production program and ensuring its availability at the designated production resources. Preparing documents for production.
- Setting deadlines for production.
- Monitoring of master data in SAP (only for production orders) and correction of data if necessary.
- Analysis of material availability, service, and customer on-time delivery (OTD) and initiation of countermeasures if required.
- Continuous improvement of planning processes.
- Weekly evaluation of critical resources.
- Short-term resource and material availability monitoring (12 weeks) and taking of proactive measures to ensure the best OTD).

Your background
- At least 5 years of professional experience in scheduling and planning, activity as a production scheduler or similar in an industrial environment, and further education in the field of logistics (HF / FH).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities including long and short-term orders/projects.
- Strong organizational skills and work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and self-organized way of working is required.
- Knowledgeable of integrated ERP systems - specifically SAP (FELIOS).
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in German and good English knowledge.
