**_How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)_**:

- _
- The Operations Service Manager "OSM" directs and supports Airport Customer Service "ACS" personnel in all operational-related activities and in non-routine situations. This position:_
- _ Be able to provide required documents for working in Switzerland._
- _ Flexibility in shift coverage (long hours, depending on operational needs)._
- _ Strong knowledge of OSS, RES and SNAPP systems._
- _ This role oversees and coordinates operational performance including, but not limited to, safety, on-time departures (D-Zero), security, customer service delivery and other key performance indicators._
- _ Serve as an operational liaison between Delta and all contracted Business Partners and Vendors within a station._
- _ Has to be efficient in building relations with business partners, vendors, government agencies andlocal authorities to drive consistent positive business results and has to be able to attend_management level meetings in this respect._
- _ Provides strong leadership to vendor and partner employees, front line and operations teams._
- _ Promotes team building with business partners and vendors work force and leadership._
- _ Ensures delivery of distinctive and thoughtful customer service._
- _ Completes and forwards statistics, reports, inventories, passenger complaints and insurance claims responses to Station Manager and appropriatedepartments._
- _ Keeps communication and coordination channels with Delta management, peers within and outside the station in order to keep awareness of Delta and local airport procedures (with particular attention to safety/security matters)._
- _ Initial emergency response activation._
- _ Performs all required managerialtasks and functions._
- _ Supports Management in budgeting, cost control, invoicing processing, supply ordering and other related airport functions._
- _ In the absence of the Station Manager, the OSM performs all managerial tasks and functions._
- _ Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being._

**_What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)_**:

- _
- _Excellent level of written and spoken English._
- _ Experience in Airport Above and Below Wing preferred._
- _ Must be able to balance multiple priorities with established time constraints._
- _ Working knowledge of Delta policies and procedures._
- _ The ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and provide reliable, high-qualityresults under stressful situations in a fast-paced environment required._
- _ Must be comfortable working with highly sensitive and confidential information and materials._
- _ Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing._
- _ Must be comfortable communicating to all levels of people - both internal and external._
- _ Experience managing conflict and resolving problems effectively._
- _ Demonstrates that privacy is a priority when handling personal data._
- _ Embraces a divers set of people, thinking and styles._
- _ Must be performing satisfactorily in current position._
