We are looking for a forward-thinking, open-minded, proactive, hands-on & solution focused, team player with a proven track record in Product Management and drive for value creation and innovation

**Location**: This position can be based in any of our major SI RSS locations. Prerequisite is, in any case, your legal eligibility to work in the respective country and location. No Relocation is required

**Role Overview**

In this role, you will be at the forefront of Siemens’ digital transformation for the Smart Building industry. You will define the products for our next generation digital interactions and be responsible for defining and managing the roadmaps and backlogs, based on a thorough understanding of the target customer groups and persona. You are the voice of the customer, enable them to have a seamless service experience and empower the teams to build state of the art offerings

You will report to the Global Lead of Digital Interactions, team up with our strategic portfolio teams, work with various stakeholders and adjacent tools in our portfolio globally to unlock business potential. You will set the vision, manage the roadmap, and contribute to go-to-market strategies. You will work with agile teams and UX / UI designers to ensure solutions are developed based on market indications and customers’ needs

**Your Responsibilities**
- End-to-end Global Product Manager role for our digital interaction products and enablers (some examples are digital service logbook, knowledge management module, service configuration tool, etc.)
- Create the digital product vision and define short
- and long-term offering roadmaps based on strategy and market opportunities, driving development and managing budget
- Execute product strategy and rollouts within a fast-paced agile environment that delivers incremental value in a fast manner
- Collect requirements from regional stakeholders across the globe and benchmark with latest market trends and customer requirements on a continuous basis
- Interface with our other product teams to ensure alignment with your strategy
- Manage the phase out and migration of a legacy tool to a new digital interaction platform to enable scaling of upcoming digital interaction products
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategy to operations
- Interface with stakeholders to introduce and ensure adoption of the product
- Align with various levels of management in a concise and efficient manner
- We expect some degree of flexibility when it comes to time zone differences and global travel
- Degree of travel is between 10% and 20% throughout the year

**Your Profile**

**Technical skills**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent area, Business degree is a plus
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience, ideally with managing international IT projects and migrations
- Digital understanding and innovative mindset
- Understanding of the guiding principles of different technologies and basics of solution architecture
- Domain expertise in one of the building technologies disciplines Fire Safety, Automation or Security provides you with a good grasp of our topics
- Process mindset and knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc
- Ability to define and describe features and EPICs

- Able to work autonomously, are results-oriented and well structured
- Working in a demanding and complex environment is what you enjoy, you drive decisions proactively and enjoy shaping structures and processes
