**What You’ll Do**

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Contribute and drive development of new business solutions as technical project lead in collaboration with business lines and Innovation Project Managers
- Execute or guide the execution of experimental work to support multiple research goals including new product development, process improvement, stability evaluation, product characterization and competitive intelligence
- Connect and collaborate internally and externally to enable speed, creativity and bring latest technology awareness
- Adhere to the specific procedures, guidelines and regulations with regards to hygiene, quality, environment, safety, sustainability and other relevant standards

**You Bring**:

- Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food technology, Chemistry or similar
- Experience in development and/or production of dietary supplements
- Sound understanding of the interaction of human metabolism and gut microbiome
- Experience in development of different dietary supplements formats
- Experience in development of dietary supplements with probiotics/prebiotics
- Fluent in English; German and any other European language is of advantage
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Can-do attitude and eager to learn are essential
- Familiarity around quality and regulatory requirements for production of dietary supplements and types of packaging would be advantageous
