**TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP)** is the trading arm of TotalEnergies in the field of low carbon energies. As such, it operates in fast-evolving market dynamics influenced by internal and external factors that require constant adaptation and evolution.
- The Trading division in Geneva is responsible for optimising the purchase & sales portfolios of gas, electricity, CO2 emissions, dry bulk, and LNG in all recognised markets worldwide, in compliance with the Company trading guidelines.
- In such context, TGP helps to ensure growth and profitability to a key segment of the business in order to reach the objective of Carbon Neutrality by 2050.**What you will do**:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support
- Distribute and redirect DHL, courier, mail and parcels for the Trading floor.
- Book conferences and training when required.
- Help in meeting organisation, equipment set up and to ensure meeting rooms are booked and all equipment is working.
- Organise business travel, Hotel, Visa, car and produce all relevant authorisation documents.
- Prepare and submit expense claims for colleagues on the trading floor.
- Maintain an accurate Trading planner showing travel, sickness and holiday.
- To update all the personnel information for the trading floor (telephone numbers, pages, seating plan etc)
- Participate in the co-ordination of corporate events, when required.
- Greeting visitors.
- Support and cover Executive Assistant when required.
- Complete any Ad hoc tasks, as and when directed.
- Provision of administrative support to the Geneva based trading business.

**Context and environment**
- The role operates within the Trading Administration team servicing a fast paced open plan energy trading environment, supporting Management functions, Heads of Desk, Traders and (for travel arrangements) some Corporate employees.
- You have a first experience in administration.
- Knowledge about the trading environment would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, face to face, over the telephone and in written communication.
- Good secretarial skills.
- To have a flexible, adaptable and organised approach.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Internet Explorer.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work under pressure and preferably experience of working in a similar environment.
- Self-motivated and take responsibility for own areas of work.
- French language skills are a pre-requisite.
