**Your role**
- Provide ad-hoc transparency on specific loan portfolios for Senior Management
- Prepare and run regular portfolio analyses, ensure adherence to portfolio limits / risk appetite, analyze excesses and track portfolio concentrations
- Alignment of results with Senior Management - within CRC GWM and with 1st line as well as coming up with conclusions / recommendations
- Prepare and run CRC GWM wide trainings and alignment calls
- Business partnering with Credit Risk methodology on Pillar 1 and 2 related model extensions, assess and support smooth transition and implementation within CRC GWM Organization
- Open minded, team player, who is able to complete tasks independently
- Fluent in English (German and other languages are a plus)
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, Tableau is a plus

- Within CRO GWM this open role within the credit portfolio management team includes proximity to the large and complex lending transactions, defining the risk appetite strategy of the division, assessing and enabling new business initiatives. We are working in a truly global setup with team members in core locations like Switzerland, Singapore and Krakow, in a team with a diverse background, and in a fast changing and demanding environment. We are looking to enhance our data management capabilities to understand the risks of the credit book, work closely with senior management within CRO and the front office, and respond fast to market events as well as internal demand.

**Your expertise**
- We are looking for a motivated person with a can-do attitude. You have a strong bachelor degree (or higher) with a major in finance, mathematics, economics, or similar, are fluent in English and have strong Excel skills? You have 2-3 years of experience in the Financial Industry, preferably in Credit Risk?
