We are looking for a Junior Portfolio Manager in Investment Solutions to:

- assist the lead portfolio managers for multi-asset mandates and funds. This includes helping with daily tasks such as:

- check Investment guideline (e.g. setting asset class bandwidths, or making sure rating or FX restrictions can be monitored and implemented)
- draft contract and prospectus reviews,
- request for proposal (RFP) completion (e.g. putting together an investment proposal aligned with the client’s needs and our offering)
- ISIN reviews for new mandates, tactical trades and corporate actions
- performance monitoring for active and passive mandates
- pre-trade checks on ESG, FX or sector restrictions, ad hoc requests, corporate actions, among others.
- develop and enhance the existing PM tools over time for both funds and mandates
- participate in cross asset, equity, fixed income or FX research calls to broaden market knowledge
- establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. portfolio implementation team, the middle office, client coverage and product team)

**Your team**

You’ll be working in the Portfolio Management team in Zurich. Our team is responsible for the management of multi-asset portfolios for Swiss and international institutional clients. As a junior portfolio manager, you will be part of a dynamic and global group of like-minded individuals seeking to provide best in class solutions for our clients. **Your expertise**
- experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, economics or a relevant science degree is an advantage
- understanding of investment concepts, portfolio theory and economics as well as interpretation of risk factors and impacts in the portfolios
- excellent attention to detail, problem solving mentality and accuracy under pressure within tight time constraints
- ideally some knowledge of the Swiss & Luxemburg Investment Regulation for funds and pension funds
- technical skills such as programming, advanced excel knowledge
- proactive team player with a successful track record in a demanding and dynamic environment
- flexible, adaptable, and responsive to variable workload, able to work effectively to tight deadlines
- fluent in German and English, French would be a plus
