Le Maintenance Technician Process a pour mission d’assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements techniques des zones de production de formes sèches (formulation, conditionnement primaire et secondaire) et des laboratoires du site de Boudry.
Skills/Knowledge Required
- +3 ans d’expérience de maintenance industrielle, idéalement dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou médical.
- Bonnes connaissances indispensables dans les domaines suivants : mécanique, automatisme et électricité.
- Excellente connaissance du français, connaissance de l’anglais (orale et écrit) est un atout.
- Bonne aptitude d’organisation.
- Excellent esprit d’équipe.
- Autonome et polyvalent.
- Orienté “Service Client”
- Esprit initiative
- Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques modernes. (MS Office, GMAO, etc)
- Bon esprit d’analyse
**Responsibilities**:
- Réaliser les interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective, participer et contribuer à l’optimisation des équipements de production.
- Assister, conseiller le service de production dans leurs activités journalières.
- Superviser les entreprises externes lors des interventions de maintenance
- Rédiger des procédures de maintenance.
- Participer à la codification des équipements et des pièces détachées de production.
- Appliquer et faire respecter les exigences GMP, les règles d’Hygiène, de Sécurité et d’Environnement et les procédures lors de toute activité de maintenance.
- Participer à l’installation des nouveaux équipements techniques.
- Collaborer lors de projets, de mise en service, ou d'interventions avec l'ingénierie, l'encadrement de la production et les contractants externes pour garantir la bonne facture des travaux Renseigner les différents partenaires sur ses activités, ses interventions, ou sur les travaux à mettre en œuvre pour assurer la bonne marche des installations.
- Assister les équipes de production dans les réglages des équipements.
