**Your role**
Êtes-vous passionné(e) par le développement et le suivi d'un portefeuille composé de fondations de prévoyance, et de clients institutionnels basées en Suisse romande ?
Souhaitez-vous rejoindre un établissement leader dans le domaine de la gestion institutionnelle ?

Nous recherchons un(e) Client Relationship Manager (CRM) pour:

- élaborer la meilleure orientation stratégique possible des mandats de gestion, en fonction de l'objectif de placement et de la capacité de risque de chaque client
- contribuer à l'établissement d'offres en collaboration avec des spécialistes dédiés et assurer leur présentation devant des conseils de fondation ou autres instances de décision
- mettre en œuvre les solutions de gestion discrétionnaire et / ou non-discrétionnaire souhaitées par les clients
- choisir les instruments de placement et les indices de référence appropriés
- assurer en permanence une disponibilité et un service de première qualité, se positionner en tant que partenaire-clé
- soutenir activement les campagnes de vente ainsi que le lancement de nouveaux produits

Vous serez intégré(e) dans le team Institutional Client Coverage (ICC) basé Genève, mais actif sur toute la Suisse romande. Nous sommes une équipe spécialisée dans la gestion institutionnelle, animée par un esprit d'entreprise ouvert et dynamique, mettant en valeur les initiatives individuelles et encourageant la proactivité ainsi que la culture du feedback

**Your expertise**
- diplôme universitaire / HES (gestion d'entreprise), de préférence avec une formation complémentaire (AZEK, CFA, CAIA, etc...)
- expérience de 5 ans min. dans le domaine institutionnel, connaissance approfondie du marché et des acteurs locaux
- solides compétences dans le domaine de la prévoyance professionnelle suisse et des marchés financiers
- esprit d'entreprise, capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes de manière simple et efficace ainsi que trouver des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients. Bonnes capacités analytiques.
- orientation clientèle avec de fortes compétences en matière de communication et de collaboration
- langue maternelle française avec de très bonnes connaissances d'allemand et d'anglais (oral & écrit)
- très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (notamment MS-Office et autres outils CRM)
