**Your mission**:

- Be the channel expert and lead for commercial excellence across all markets.
- Actively engage and support local sales teams to optimise sales pitches, customer engagement and CRM.
- Devise and deploy sales toolkits, playbooks and net revenue tactics for commercial advantage.
- Build channel reporting dashboards, with support from data analytics team, required for local market tracking and management review.
- Manage category manager and over time, build out sales excellence function (net revenue, trade marketing, new channels).
- Take the lead in commercial planning.
- Partner with local Country Managers and sales leads on channel execution and sharing best practices.
- Assist local Country Managers in providing channel strategy for local Go To Market plans.
- Actively participate in trade exhibitions, occasional retail trade meetings, and conferences.
- Build relationships with Country Managers, retail sales leads, marketing leads and centrally to HQ in Zurich.

**You**:

- Are a sales expert across a wide set of channels: retail, discounters, foodservice, eCommerce, B2B.
- Have experience working across two or more markets (Switzerland, Germany, Austria, UK, France, Italy).
- Have additional trade marketing and category experience.
- Have experience of deploying sales tools tailored to local requirements.
- Have expertise in managing a team in a cross-functional, multi-country environment.
- Are able to excite, easily establish and maintain relationships and connections, existing retail & foodservice network is a plus.
- Are willing to travel within Europe.
- Are fluent in German & English, any additional language is a plus.
- Live in Switzerland or close commute to Kemptthal HQ and you are allowed to work in Switzerland (valid work permit).
