Als Enterprise & Solutions Architekt navigierst Du durch den organisatorischen Aufzug unserer Kunden, um den entsprechenden Geschäftswert durch Technologie zu liefern. Du verstehst die Geschäftlichen Value Streams, identifizierst die Geschäftsfähigkeiten und erstellst sowohl auf Langfristigkeit angelegte als auch taktische Architekturen zur Schaffung eines unmittelbaren Business Value.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du arbeitest mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen und erstellst dabei Strategien zur Konzeption und Entwicklung umfassender Enterprise
- und Solution Architektur
- Du analysierst die Geschäftsanforderungen sowie deren Umsetzung in skalierbare, zuverlässige und effiziente Architekturlösungen
- Du leitest Evaluierung und Auswahl von Technologieplattformen, Tools und Frameworks, um diese mit den Geschäftszielen in Einklang zu bringen
- Du treibst die Erstellung und Pflege von Architekturdokumentationen, Entwürfen und Richtlinien voran
- Du übernimmst die technische Leitung und Betreuung von Entwicklungsteams und sorgst für die Einhaltung bewährter Architektur best practices
- Du prüfst und verbesserst kontinuierlich bestehende Architekturen und haltest dich über Technologietrends in verschiedenen Bereichen und deren Auswirkung auf dem Laufenden
- Du nimmst an Pre-Sales Aktivitäten teil, einschliesslich Ausschreibungsantworten und Kundenpräsentationen
- Du führst Though Leadership Initiativen durch, um unsere Enterprise-Architekturpraxis voranzubringen und unsere technische Exzellenz zu gewährleisten

**Das bringst Du mit**
- Technischer Abschluss an einer UNI/ETH/FH
- 8+ Jahre Erfahrung als Enterprise und Solutions Architekt mit einem Softwareentwicklungsbackground
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse von Enterprise Architektur Methoden/Frameworks, ArchiMate und Modellierungstools; TOGAF- und ArchiMate Zertifizierungen sind ein grosses Plus
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Architekturprinzipien und -methoden sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Implementierung skalierbarer und zuverlässiger Systeme mit unterschiedlichen Technologien
- Ausgezeichnete Problem Solving Skills sowie starke Führungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten werden vorausgesetzt
- Nachweis einer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit mit technischen und nichttechnischen Interessegruppen zur Erreichung strategischer Ziele
- Stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch
