- Du kannst Dich in vermögende Kundinnen und Kunden hineinversetzen und deren Bedürfnisse ableiten? Du bist an einer Vielzahl von Banking Themen interessiert und begeisterst, wenn Du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern das optimale Offering für unsere Kundschaft mitentwickeln, ausrollen und begleiten kannst? Dann bist Du die Person, die wir für unser Central Sales Management Team suchen. Du übernimmst folgende Aufgaben:
- Selbständiges Durchführen von Offering, Pricing und Sales spezifischen Themen und Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales Managern, Desk Heads und Client Advisors
- Schnittstellenfunktion zu den Wealth Management Switzerland (WMCH) Regionen, Chief of Staff, Advisory & Sales WMCH und anderen Bereichen (CIO, Produktmanagement, digitale Entwicklungseinheiten, Marketing, Data & Analytics, etc.)
- Verfolgen von taktischen Marktbearbeitungsaktivitäten, Erstellen aussagekräftiger Reportings sowie Präsentationen und Ableiten zusätzlicher Massnahmen
- Weiterentwicklung WMCH durch strategische Projekte und Initiativen sowie das Vertreten der Interessen der Organisation

- Als Sales Manager/in bist Du ein wichtiger Bestandteil von WMCH. Unser Sales Team besteht aus zentralen sowie regionalen Sales Manager/innen mit unterschiedlichsten Backgrounds, weswegen wir grossen Wert auf regelmässigen Austausch und enge Zusammenarbeit legen. Zusammen sind wir verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Umsetzung und Begleitung von gesamtschweizerischen und regionalen Marktbearbeitungs
- und Ausbildungsmaßnahmen für private vermögende Kunden. Gleichzeitig sind wir in strategische Projekte involviert, um das Schweizer Wealth Management der Zukunft zu gestalten.

**Das wünschen wir uns**
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Banking, vorzugsweise Wealth Management
- Abschluss einer Uni, FH oder einem gleichwertigen Ausbildungsniveau
- Dynamische, teamorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hohem Eigenantrieb und starker Ergebnisorientierung
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit einer Vielzahl von internen Stakeholdern
- Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen und anspruchsvolle Aufgaben und Projekte selbständig zum Erfolg zu führen
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit Pragmatismus und Neugierde an digitalen Lösungen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit gutem Sprachgefühl in Deutsch und Englisch - Französisch von Vorteil
