**GBS Projects Portfolio Manager**

**Position purpose**:
This role is established to manage the portfolio of projects impacting GBS, including those initiated by GBS and other functions, lead projects' and GBS resource prioritization, an impact assessment across the GBS organization, oversight projects portfolio execution and facilitate GBS engagement into parallel projects.

GBS Portfolio Project Manager works with Functional Champions, IT BTS Leads, and all project leaders to understand each project's scope, resource requirements, timing and benefits and, together with GBS SDDs and GBS Delivery excellence, plans GBS engagement to address the requirement. The incumbent oversees the execution and guides project managers to ensure a successful implementation and solution adoption, maximizing ROI of overall portfolio investment. The incumbent reports on projects portfolio execution to the GBS Program Portfolio Director and GBS leadership.

The incumbent will work closely with GBS Finance Director, plans annual and strategic plan for GBS projects portfolio and oversees its execution on time and on budget.

**What will you do - responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Global Functions, IT BTS and GBS Service Delivery Excellence teams to define the list and roadmaps of all projects driven by GBS or impacting GBS (parallel projects). Maintain the GBS projects portfolio database
- Facilitate impact assessment for each project where GBS involvement is required and align on the ARCI for each project. Support project managers in preparing business cases and facilitate management decisions on project approval
- Carry out periodic reviews of the GBS Projects Portfolio and provide visibility and recommendations on re-prioritization to the Functional Champions and GBS Management
- Serve as a Single Point of Contact for Global IT and GBS on a portfolio of projects where GBS involvement is required
- Serve as an escalation point for GBS and IT teams, facilitate the assessment of risks, issues and mitigation plans to ensure the healthiness of the overall projects portfolio
- Organize respective workshops, meetings and updates with BTS and GBS Teams
- Work with GBS Finance, functions and IT to ensure sufficient resources are budgeted and that GBS is timely engaged to support the roadmap and implementation timelines
- Facilitate resource demand and capacity alignment through the project and resource prioritization
- Report on project portfolio resources and other investments to GBS management
- Manage, promote and continuously evolve PPM processes and reporting: projects prioritization projects capacity management, projects portfolio budgeting and reporting

**Who are we looking for - requirements**:

- University Master’s Degree (preferably in Finance or Business Management), Project Management Certified
- At least 5 years of experience in project, program management or project portfolio management, managing major cross-functional projects and working with multicultural teams in a matrix organizational environment
- Experience in financial planning & analysis, headcount planning and budgeting
- Experience in shared service centers, global business services, and overall understanding of GBS service delivery concepts and models
- Solid understanding of departmental dependencies within organizations
- Strong knowledge and experience with change and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP4HANA, SAP HR / SF, SAP PLM, Document Management and RPA solutions is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Fundamental knowledge of various project (incl SCRUM, Agile) and change management methodologies
- Expertise in organization transformation approach and digital transformation
- Open minded, proactive, autonomous, with an agile mindset
