**Job description**:

- Manage a team (15-20 p.), ensuring personal management of team members.
- Develop and oversee detailed workshop planning in collaboration with group coordinators.
- Coordinate activities related to work preparation, assembly, instrumentation, locksmithing, and logistics.
- Ensure daily synchronization with the planner and other key stakeholders to optimize resource management.
- Be responsible for documentation associated with the assembly subprocess.
- Conduct weekly monitoring of key performance indicators in collaboration with group coordinators and implement improvement actions.
- Provide weekly activity reports to the department head.
- Develop and monitor the workshop budget.
- Manage the ordering of lubricants.
- Continuously optimize operation times.
- Ensure ongoing training of team members.
- Manage inventory (tools, spare parts, and finished products).

**Profile**:

- Successful training in the field of machine construction, accompanied by a master's degree or a technician diploma, ideally with experience as an engine mechanic and workshop foreman for vehicles.
- Several years of professional experience, including management of operations and personnel.
- Excellent command of French and English, good level of German (a plus).
- Computer skills (MS Office, ERP software).
- Ability to assert oneself, initiative, and resilience.
- Team spirit, motivation, and flexibility.
- Reliability, sense of responsibility.
- Interest in new technologies.
