**In few words**

We’re looking for a Network Architect for an international company based in Geneva. The Network Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the network infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient data communication.

**Activities**
- Network Design and Implementation: Design and implement new network solutions and improve the efficiency of current networks. Install, configure and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.
- Network Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems and outages. Schedule updates and upgrades. Engage in data network fault investigations.
- Security: Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.
- Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with network architects on network optimization. Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy

**Your profil**
- A masters degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology and at least 10 years experience in network engineering.
- Proven experience as a Network Architect or similar role in a large organization.
- In-depth understanding of communication protocols and network hardware and software. Particular expertise in Cisco technologies, Clearpass, Fortinet, Akamai, Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto, Ansible, Terraform, Linux and scripting languages.
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English
