Its innovative and reliable solutions have been part of more than 1,600 reference projects worldwide.**Your responsibilities**:

- Professional guidance on different project functions within the project scope (work package) and leading a small team of 2-3 system engineers
- Responsible for the full Building Services scope (electrical, mechanical, firefighting) in terms of cost, quality and time (incl. establishing the time schedules)
- Coordination and provision of Concept and Basic Engineering under consideration of internal and external interfaces
- Preparation of technical specifications for the Building Services systems
- Responsible for supplier selection and timely purchase order
- Supplier expediting during detail engineering (incl. documentation management and inspections)
- Active Collaboration with arrangement planning
- Coordination of the construction works with regard to the integration of the plant as a whole, check of the interfaces for every single lot
- Guarantee of the information flow within the project team and initiation of problem solving

**Your experiences**:

- Good Process and Product knowledge
- Trained mechanical / process engineer
- Execution experience for all above mentioned Building Services Lots
- Strong planning and organisation, problem solving skills, high quality standards, assertiveness, team and communication skills
- Experience in dealing with suppliers and in procuring complex systems
- Fluent in English (German of advantage)
