**Your Role and Responsibilities**
IBM Consulting is looking for a Workstudent (60%) to work on a global project based in Lausanne/Geneva.
This job includes mainly responsibilities in financial project management and administrative support as like:
- Ensure internal compliance processes are followed and monitored
- Ensure global and internal data protection regulations are followed
- Executive & Management Support
- Project & Financial Controlling (project forecast, actual project working hours procedure)
- Sales & Proposal Support
- Organize meetings, workshops, events and prepare/consolidate presentations
- Preparation, optimization and automation of excel sheets
- Preparation of power point presentations
- Team planning and communication
As part of the global team you will assist on different sub projects at once and often work at the clients facilities.
You will have the great opportunity to work as a team member for IBM consulting and gain practical experiences, knowledge and skills from one of the largest consulting companies in the world.
You are currently a student enrolled in a Swiss university or applied science school, completed basic studies (4 semesters) or you have a Bachelor’s degree and you intend to continue with a master. You possess Swiss Civil Right or a residence permit.
