Your 'day to day'
As a Supervisor Quality Continuous Improvement, you will lead along all the departments the correct definition of standards and control methods in order to satisfy customers expectations, both for new and existent processes. You will also contribute to identify and deploy strategies to proactively lead improvement initiatives in line with the Company vision.
More specifically, you will:
- Guarantee the implementation of improvement opportunities in order to lead product and process excellence, and ensure excellent execution in term of cost, time and risk.
- Establish visual monitoring system to track improvements and increase system efficacy and visibility.
- Manage corrective and preventive action system to continuously improve the final product quality and keep records of related actions.
- Assure the Continuous Improvement (CI) culture within the organization as statistical expert coordinator. This includes to lead training in the filed of statistics and SPC in order to continuously sustain the CI organization.
- In liaison with central functions and functional QA departments define and maintain the integrated capacity plans for selected key QA processes/activities.
- Manage and develop a motivated and skilled team to ensure performance levels, professional development and achievement of objectives, in respect of PMI leadership model.
- Contribute to the full year pillar plan definition and implementation aligned with OPEN+ Phase journey. Act as Pillar Member of the assigned pillar.
Who we're looking for:
- University degree in Physical or biological science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within tobacco, food, pharmaceutical or similar industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Product/Process qualification and customer care.
- Strong ability to transform data into meaningful information.
- Advanced knowledge of applicable standards (ISO, GCP, ICH, GMP and GLP).
- Effective communicator, problem solver, used to work with multiple partners.
- Seasoned experience in leading teams.
- Proficiency in French and English.
